# OnSpots

> OnSpots is a GPS attendance app for small teams. Employees check in and out inside the office geofence with one tap; admins handle approvals, announcements, offices, and monthly CSV exports.

## Overview

- OnSpots verifies attendance server-side by checking the employee's GPS location against the company's office geofence (distance check, accuracy gate, mock-location detection) — one tap logs a check-in or check-out.
- Each company self-signs up, captures its office location on-site with a phone's GPS, and invites employees with an invite code.
- Employees use Today / History / Requests screens; admins additionally get team attendance, an approval inbox, announcements, and management screens.
- Check-ins are classified on-time or late automatically against the company's work hours and a configurable grace window.
- Employees can submit remote-work, leave, or early-leave requests for admin approval; approved remote days bypass the geofence check.
- Admins can broadcast announcements to the whole company and approve or decline requests in one tap.
- Push notifications deliver approvals, announcements, and reminders as they happen.
- Admins can export monthly attendance as CSV (raw check-in/out times only — OnSpots does not calculate payroll).
- Every company is a separate, isolated tenant; location is only used to verify a check-in inside the geofence, not to track people through the day.
- Free plan, for up to 50 people per company — no per-seat pricing, no trial clock.
- Available in English (default), Vietnamese, and Korean.

## Phạm vi công khai

OnSpots là ứng dụng chấm công GPS dành cho đội nhóm nhỏ. Nhân viên chấm công vào/ra chỉ với một chạm khi ở trong vùng geofence của văn phòng, được xác thực phía server và có phát hiện giả lập vị trí (mock-GPS). Mỗi công ty tự đăng ký, xác định vị trí văn phòng bằng GPS điện thoại và mời nhân viên bằng mã mời. Nhân viên có thể gửi yêu cầu làm việc từ xa, nghỉ phép hoặc về sớm để quản trị viên duyệt; ngày làm từ xa đã duyệt sẽ bỏ qua kiểm tra geofence. Quản trị viên xem tình trạng chấm công của cả đội, duyệt/từ chối yêu cầu, gửi thông báo cho toàn công ty, và xuất báo cáo chấm công dạng CSV hàng tháng (chỉ dữ liệu giờ vào/ra thô, không tính lương). Mỗi công ty là một tenant tách biệt hoàn toàn với công ty khác. Miễn phí cho tối đa 50 người/công ty, không tính phí theo đầu người. Hỗ trợ tiếng Anh, tiếng Việt và tiếng Hàn, có trên iOS và Android.

OnSpots는 소규모 팀을 위한 GPS 출퇴근 관리 앱이다. 직원은 사무실 지오펜스 안에서 한 번의 탭으로 출근·퇴근을 기록하며, 서버에서 위치를 검증하고 가짜 GPS(모의 위치)를 감지한다. 각 회사는 자체적으로 가입해 휴대폰 GPS로 사무실 위치를 등록하고 초대 코드로 직원을 초대한다. 직원은 재택근무, 휴가, 조퇴 요청을 보낼 수 있으며 관리자가 승인한다(승인된 재택일은 지오펜스 검사를 건너뜀). 관리자는 팀 출근 현황을 한눈에 보고, 요청을 승인·거절하며, 전체 공지를 발송하고, 매월 CSV로 출퇴근 기록을 내보낼 수 있다(원본 시각 데이터만 제공하며 급여는 계산하지 않음). 각 회사는 완전히 분리된 테넌트로 운영된다. 최대 50명까지 무료이며 인원당 과금이 없다. 영어·베트남어·한국어를 지원하며 iOS와 Android에서 사용할 수 있다.
